Senior Electronics Engineer
Electronics Engineer with a min 8yrs commercial experience for award winning, global player in the energy industry.
We are looking for an Electronics engineer with a 1st Class / 2.i Degree from a top University. BSc, MSc, PhD in Engineering / Electronics / Physics / Electrical / Mechatronics or similar discipline. Any internships or awards would be highly beneficial to the role.
The Electronics Engineer will be required to work on future AC DC switch mode power supply development.
Requirements:
• 8yrs commercial experience
MSc or PhD
• Strong knowledge based around power electronics
• Any of the following: Inverters, SMPS, AC-DC, DC-DC, PSU etc.
Working within a team of very bright and like-minded individuals you will be working with innovative technology. Exposed to range of exciting projects you will utilise a multiple skill set. With the opportunity to influence the direction of said projects. With excellent electronics design, analytical and communication skills there is scope for career development to a more senior role. Principal Engineer on to head of department should this be a direction you wish to go.
The electronics work will be wide and involved including R&D of new products and solutions related to power electronics in the field of switch mode power supplies (SMPS), AC/DC
