Business Analyst – CRM, SQL, PL/SQL
Business Analyst will be degree educated, with a minimum 3 years experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a Marketing environment but not essential. Any experience of online marketing and a basic knowledge of database concepts (SQL or PL/SQL) will prove advantageous. Also, any experience of Quantitative Analysis is also a definite plus. An understanding of German and/or any other European languages (French, Spanish) would prove to be highly desirable, but not essential. The role is a challenging mix of Business Analysis, Project Management, Data Analysis and Client Relationship Management (CRM).
The successful Business Analyst will be responsible for conducting Business Analysis, defining user requirements and coaching on value extraction from their Award Winning Solution.
The Business Analyst will also be responsible for a list of named accounts, and leverage company resources and processes to deliver client business support. You must have the ability to work well with clients to determine business requirements, and execute a plan to meet those requirements in a timely and efficient
Business Analyst will also have a demonstrated technical aptitude, superior presentation & communication skills, proven problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a genuine desire to learn new skills.
