Working in the vibrant centre of Brighton we are looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant that demonstrates a minimum of 6 months sales or telesales experience (in any field). Joining an expanding business in the Manufacturing, Engineering and Technology sectors the successful applicant will ideally be of graduate level and have some sales experience.
The sales consultant will be:-
• Educated to degree level
• Have a minimum 6 months telesales experience or some kind of phone sales / support
• A good listener with an inquisitive approach
• Driven by success
• Driven by financial gain and rewards
• Able to see and take sales business opportunities as they present themself
• A Self starter
• Excellent at persuasion
• Able to get to closure in a sales cycle in a structured manner
